He has more than 15 years of financial experience at major corporations, including Mitsui, CSN, HSBC, AES Brasil and Embraer. His expertise spans company valuation, capital markets, IPOs, financial structuring, M&A and strategic partnerships. He has led major asset divestitures, restructured investment theses and raised capital for renewable energy projects in international capital markets.
Karin Bolsi is the founder of LIFE Educação e Inovação, a company that develops leaders and teams to combine high performance with a light, creative and people-first work environment. Her approach draws on humanized management and agile frameworks. She holds a Scrum Master certification, Green and Black Belt certifications, and a specialisation in behavioural and performance neuroscience from IPOG.
She built a career in operations, supply chain and digital transformation. At Grupo Boticário she led the digital transformation of the Operations division, covering its digitalization project portfolio, agile teams, data analytics and a gamified skills programme for employees and partners. She also held supply chain, inventory and S&OP roles at Grupo Boticário, Renault and CNH, and later worked as an associate specialist at Instituto da Transformação Digital. Her academic background includes a degree in Foreign Trade Administration from the Federal University of Paraná, an MBA in Strategic Management from ESALQ, and a postgraduate degree in managerial development from FAE Business School.
Dr. Gustavo Di Fiore dos Santos is a mechanical-aeronautical engineer and executive with more than 25 years of industry experience. He holds bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees from ITA, an MBA from Warwick Business School and a Senior Executive Leadership Certificate from Harvard Business School.
With a technical profile and global experience across aerospace, space and energy, he has led teams of engineers on major R&D developments and certification programs, has been awarded for entrepreneurship, and currently advises C-suite leaders on strategy, technology and international partnerships.

Bernd Sischka has more than 20 years of experience across commodity derivatives, fixed income, market data and digital assets. He has held senior roles at Credit Suisse, Lehman Brothers, the London Metal Exchange, Thomson Reuters/Refinitiv and PowerTrade.
His expertise spans derivatives trading, liquidity, market structure, institutional sales and business development. He also designs practical, human-supervised AI workflows that automate finance, HR, operations, and front- and back-office processes for companies across a range of sectors. He holds an MSc in Commerce and Corporate Finance from Vienna University of Economics and Business and completed summer studies in money and banking, macroeconomics and derivatives at Harvard University.
He holds a degree in Accounting and Economics and a Master in Business from IESE in Spain. With over 40 years of experience in consulting, auditing and as CEO of companies in foreign trade, infrastructure, manufacturing and services, he is also a former Director of the Brazil-China international development chamber of commerce (CCDIBC).
